I recently unearthed a podcast that was buried sometime back. Listen in horror, for it is the worst podcast ever!

A while back Bill, Travis and I sat down to record our fifth podcast. It was a nightmare from the beginning.

We had the bright idea of putting Travis (pictured above) in charge of the show as the host. The problem is, Travis isn’t too talkative, to say the least. He also doesn’t know much about comic books because he rarely (if ever) reads them.

This was never meant to escape my computer, however after giving it another listen it’s actually pretty funny.

Also, be sure to take a few minutes and fill out our listener survey The site featuring this survey is no longer active.

The origins of Iron Man and Ice Man discussed. Plus: how to trap a monkey!

As usual, Bill has made an unfounded claim (remember the “you don’t need to breath when you’re unconscious” comments?). This time he’s claiming that Ice Man is the most popular X-Men character. He thinks this is due to the fact that Ice Man was not only and X-Man, but also because he was in X-Factor and several other groups. I think Bill has lost his marbles.

I completely disagree with Bill. Do you? Who is your favorite X-Men character? Either post a comment here or email me at joe@freakcomics.com so we can set this matter strait.

Listen to No Beer (part 2) now!

Update: I fixed the above link so you can actually download the podcast now. Sorry about that!

Bill joins me for another great podcast.

I’m joined for yet another instalment of the Freak Comics podcast. This time Bill and I talk about the Incredible Hulk television show, an upcoming Superman festival (including Bill’s experiences with a past festival for ol’ supes) and of course lots of complaining about Marvel comics from myself. This time I pick on Annuals.

As a side note, Bill and I will be presenting you with a new letter segment, so be sure to email me your questions, comments or complaints to joe@freakcomics.com and we might read and discuss them on our upcoming podcasts, and if you include your email we’ll be sure to announce it as well.

What are you waiting for? Listen to the Freak Comics podcast now!

The first Freak Comics podcast has arrived. Listen to us talk about comic books, nerds and more!

My friend Bill and I got together a couple of days ago and recorded our first podcast. I have to say, it turned out really well, but don’t take my word for it, Listen for yourself. The entire show is a little over one hour in length but manages to stay interesting.

You can subscribe to the podcast with feedburner. This link was also added to the sidebar under the ‘Extras’ heading.

Be sure and post a comment with your suggestions and opinions. We love hearing from our readers and listeners!
